FC-3 is an acid based cleaner that removes built-up dirt from clay tiled floors. The acidic formulation dissolves calcium salts that deposit on clay tiles, hence eliminating any efflorescence. Clay floors can be protected from recurring salt deposits by sealing with Tile Seal Plus, a water-based gloss sealant. FC-3 works rapidly, ensuring that clean, efflorescence free floors are guaranteed.
