Chem Clean Tile Seal Plus

Tile Seal Plus is a water-based, 100% acrylic, self-crosslinking, nanopolymer gloss sealant. The formulation is specifically developed for surfaces including driveways, sidewalks, patios, clay pavers, overlaps, decorative concrete and garage floors. Designed for both exterior and interior use for a wide range of horizontal and vertical surfaces. Tile Seal Plus has excellent blush resistance, great exterior durability and adheres well to surfaces, leading to long-lasting and attractive surfaces. It also provides good chemical and efflorescence resistance and enriches appearance by resisting discoloration from dirt and spills. Tile Seal Plus does not yellow, instead it enhances the colour of the substrate when applied in 2 coats. Quick drying time provides for a faster application. When applied the product penetrates surface pores up to 3 – 5 mm and prevents reabsorption of water thereby minimizing tile weathering and the growth of algae, mold and fungus.
